All of Dr Matea’s courses are taught within her PMA, Prima Education Association, a private membership association. They are not available to the general public.
By signing this Agreement, the Member agrees to enter into a private membership
relationship with the Association for the purpose of participating in educational and spiritual development programs offered in the private domain.
The purpose of this PMA is to provide educational content, proprietary training, holistic and spiritual teachings and consultations to its members. All offerings are for personal and educational development only.
2 Nature of Activities
The Association provides educational materials, courses, and private instruction in intuitive healing, aromatherapy, natural wellness, spiritual healing and other related fields. Participation is voluntary and for personal growth and study.
3 Membership Terms
By joining, the Member confirms they:
• Are entering this agreement voluntarily and privately
• Are not acting on behalf of any government, licensing, or regulatory agency
• Are 18 years or older (or have written guardian consent)
• Agree to respect the Association’s purpose, rules, and confidentiality
4 Disclaimer
All services and information provided by the Association are for private educational
purposes only. The Association does not provide medical advice, treatment, or diagnosis. No specific results or outcomes are promised, and no cures are guaranteed.
Each member is responsible for how they use the information shared. The instructor, Dr Polisoto, is providing information as education and any course or enrollment does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. If you have any medical concerns, you should seek out care from a qualified professional. This does not replace that relationship.
5 Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
All course materials, formulas, and teachings shared within the Association are confidential and protected. Members may not share, copy, teach, or distribute any content through any social media company or online platform, or in any other form, without written permission. We do allow posting of certain content with approval and as long as credit is given to Dr. Matea as the source. Any violation may result in:
• Immediate cancellation of membership
• Loss of access to future programs or training
• Termination of any licensing agreements
All concerns will be handled privately between the Association and the Member.
6 Fees and Access
Membership in the Association is free with course registration. Fees may apply for additional courses, trainings or licensing arrangements. Enrollment in any course does not imply ownership of any material. Continued access depends on following the terms of this Agreement.
7 Jurisdiction
As a private membership association, all matters related to this agreement are governed exclusively within the private domain. By entering into this contract, the Member agrees that any concerns or disputes will be resolved privately, first through direct communication, and if needed, through peaceful arbitration. This agreement does not fall under public jurisdiction or statutory legal systems.
8 Acknowledgment
By signing below, the Member agrees to all terms above and acknowledges that they are joining a private educational membership for personal learning and development.
9. Refund Policy
All sales are final due to the digital nature of our offerings. When you enroll, you receive immediate access to proprietary educational materials, which cannot be “returned” once viewed or downloaded. For this reason, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided. We encourage all prospective members to review course descriptions carefully before enrolling to ensure the program is a good fit.
The Association reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to provide a courtesy refund in rare circumstances. Such refunds are not guaranteed and do not waive the general policy above.
10 Lifetime Access
Once you purchase a course, you have lifetime access to the material for as long as the course is offered by the Association. We do not cut off access after a month or a certain period of time. From time to time, course content may be updated, or improved to provide you with the best possible experience. Access to updates is included as part of your lifetime access.
